I'm running noob rom I got the update but its just a update for faster data speed so that the phone can connect to the nearest towerbut what about that ghost warp that's running ics any idea of who that might be? And when will they spill the beans any else seen it?

It is possible that this update will make it easier for throttling, being its so close to the change over to 2.5gb then throttle
