You have to either rip them from any playstation CD's you happen to have, or download them illegally. Obviously, no-one will want to advise on how to do the latter on a public forum though. The same goes for getting the BIOS files needed for the emulator to actually work, but if you google the BIOS is very easy to find anyway. The games however are harder to get.
As for the query about hardware acceleration, TBH I doubt it'll happen, as every phone is different, with different CPU's, graphical capabilities, etc. This means it'd be pretty hard to implement, as code that will work with one handset may make another run worse, etc. The thing that will help is the author tweaking and optimising the emulator, and maybe adding more options for the graphics so we can tweak it ourselves. As has been said, this is only the very first release, and I doubt the author will just leave this project alone now it's out and making money.
