speculation, rumors, leaks about EVO release

Agreed about white getting dirty. It looks the best when it's clean but that's a mission...I learned from back in my white basketball shoes days haha.

One thing thats cool about this phone is the fact that the entire back pops off. Because of that fact, I will never be using a case, and dont mind getting white. It should be fairly cheap and definitely simply to replace the back

Hmm....wonder if I can mod one back cover to work with my Pre touchstone. Shouldn't be too hard as long as I know the pinouts of the battery contacts and get the right parts to make contact with the back cover. The only issue would be the angle of the touchstone and the sheer awesome size of the EVO

I was thinking about this today, I will really miss being able to slap my phone on the touchstone and not have to plug anything in.

Hey Jackson, the white model you laid your eyes on, was the front area around the screen and buttons white, or just the back? The exposure in the video with the gloved guy is too dark to tell. Thanks.

Good thing the HD2 is out already--hopefully we can at least cash in on some batteries or something that will be out already when the EVO is released. I don't know how similar these phones are, but it would be spectacular if they have the same shell for cases, screen protectors, etc.
 
The evo uses the same battery as the hero.

ya know what I really like about this phone? the color options. the black and red is hot! funny thing is is that my want I was going for until financial reasons was a new seadoo. the 2010 rxtx 260 which (go figure) has color options this year of black and red. its like a sign or something. ugh the only 2 things I want this year, this pwc and This ppc lol. Santa you listening!?

That is REALLY good news--I have one of these batteries for my Hero, and it can take some serious punishment. Get one while you can >.>
