Root Step by step Root walkthrough for Huawei Fusion 2

Hey guys I'm a noob at rooting android phones. I've jailbroke a few iPhones, but that's it. I would be grateful for any advice or tips for my Fusion 2. I'm using windows xp does that make a difference because when I hit enter on step 12 it restarts my computer and does nothing to the phone.
 
oh yeah cmd only flashes when i click on it in the extracted folder and it goes C:\Users\Dan\Desktop\Huawei-Fusion-2-Recovery-Root>cmd.exe just throwing that out there
 
Here is a idea try and run the cwm installer and don't install just see if it will work if so I can make a version for the root files or install cwm and try cyanogenmod that is stock rooted I believe
 
Or if it works if you prefer this will be a little more tricky but will 100% work paste the super recovery copy the name down on a piece of paper and open the run me
Bat with note++ or note pad now rename the recovery.img or something like t that to the name you wrote down ealier

Download and open the cwm folder and run the run me don't flash cwm just see if it will open the cmd prompt if it does tomorrow I can create a installer if not this means it is a problem with your computer
 
Ok next step you can do the changes I mention before aka a easier way is renaming the recovery file from original cwm to anything.img and placing supertecovery.img (or something like that) in the folder and rename it recovery.img and then flash or I can do it for you tomorrow evening?
 
Anytime sorry for being so late I had comprehensive exams this week which were a joke lol 70 minutes for a 23 question multiple choice reading test givin to us by the state of Florida
