Root Stricly Sense

The world of ROM's basically divides itself into two categories, AOSP and Sense. To me, Sense is more appealing and when it comes loaded into a device with a 998MHz processor and 512MB RAM, there are some issues, there are work around don't get me wrong, just look at the V6 Supercharger Script, being said, the EVO 4G runs on Android 2.3.3 equipped with Sense 2.0. The HTC EVO 4G Shift runs at 800MHz but still runs Sense 2.1? This is because the processor has a lot less to handle than the EVO 4G, such as a smaller screen for example.. I'm not looking for anything special, well kind of, let me get to the point already, I'm looking for a Sense 2.1 ROM or a Sense 3.0 ROM and nothing more, I don't want custom boot logos, custom anything, just the stock EVO 4G ROM running a higher version of Sense, 3.0 preffered, I've only found on like that so far and it's Sense 2.1, MikG v1.03, comes with stock boot screen and is basically just vanilla evo 4g runnning 2.1 Sense, Any suggestions?

I don't think anyone has a true "stock" Sense rom that is higher than 1.0.

The MikG 2.1 +3.0 hybrid is very nice. Also the Sense 3.0 Roms of which there are a few work very well with the Evo.

There are alot of options but for a true "stock" one I think the Sense 1.0 options are the best.

Also, I don't think the EVO 4G ever upgraded to Sense 2.0. It's always been 1.0. The Shift did get bumped up to 2.1 at one of the OTA's.

I may be wrong though.

MikG seems to be the most popular one here. However Swag is very good as well. Most ROMS come with their own bootanimations.

I am running MikG 2.60 and it's running Gingerbread 4.54.651.1 ( latest OTA security fix) and sense 2.1/3.0. To my knowledge, ALL EVO 4G's have 4.54.651.1/sense 1.0 and Sprint/HTC has no intention of upgrading this phone to anything above Sense 1.0. MikG is a very nice stock gingerbread with an upgraded sense.

Heres the thing... Most devs add their own bootanimation to further set their ROMS apart. However, bootanimations are something you can change youself. If you don't like the devs ba you can simply find a stock bootanimation and change yours.

Nearly everything else you described mikG fits perfectly. Go with mik G 2.61 and just change your boot animation

You could also try out mik3D. Full sense 3.0, and its as stock as you'll ever get. It's basically just a port from the evo 3D. I loved it, ran great. Once I put the V6 supercharger script on it, it flew.

yeah as soon as i rooted my 3vo, it felt like i really did not have a new phone as i already had this on my og evo. great rom by the way. the beta was my daily for a long time.
