Root Stuck in cwtouch

I did a factory reset of my phone and it will only boot into cwm.... can I fix this by installing black plague? I tried installing the stock recovery images but it needs access to folders I can't get ahold of... PG please help ! Ha

to that, and dont do a fact reset from settings, only from cwm. Can thank LG n that silly fact reset screen for that
