It's been mentioned in several different threads, this one included:
http://androidforums.com/htc-evo-3d/362350-tested-games-e3d-2.html#post2905311

The only games that use the 3D effect at this point are those from Gameloft:

Spiderman: Total Mayhem
N.O.V.A.
Let's Golf! 2
Asphalt 6: Adrenaline
GT Racing: Motor Academy
Assassin's Creed: Altairs Chronicles

Keep in mind that alot of games will have "3D" in the description, which refers to the graphics and not the actual eyepopping/depth effect. As stated by Ogrenator, if you go to the Gameloft site using your phone browser, or simply using the "3D Games" app you can see these available in their store.

The Optimus 3D has 17 titles available in 3D which Ogrenator posted in another thread, so hopefully it won't be too long before we see these other titles on the E3D as well (all from Gameloft):

The amount of 3D games for the Evo is, slowly, increasing. I'm wondering if they will all be available to us by the time the Thrill 4G (Optimus 3D) is released? Or will be shortly after. Looks like HTC/Sprint didn't seek to get some deals for the 3vo, which is a shame.

Does anyone own Spectral Souls? I'd like to know if that works, I think I may take the plunge and buy it if it does.

15 bones is rough......I had interest in it till the price showed up when it released...I think the game ran fine on the EVO and isn't built on unity lol

I felt the same way...I was way excited during the development period and all of the updates the dev. gave us...then the game was released and the price tag revealed. 2000 reviews later it still has 4.5 stars so I figured it's probably worth it, especially with the lack of working games we have right now. If it runs without any problems then I think I'll end up getting it. A guy on XDA says he owns it and is downloading and testing it now so we'll see what happens.

If you change your device to the Desire HD on the Gameloft site, which uses the Adreno 205 I believe, you can play all of the HD games fine on the E3D. Backstab runs smooth and looks amazing.

good to know...ill see if gameloft support will send me the links to the desire HD games to my evo...for the games I already bought that is

It IS a shame... Especially if the biggest selling point on the phone is the 3D technology. I mean, why sell a device with a unique feature such as a glassless 3D viewing ability, if they can't provide it with sources to support it.

But like some have speculated already, the content will eventually become available for us. It's just that it's not coming fast enough.

Is this game anything like final fantasy tactics? It kinda looks like a turn based strategy game

Supposedly it is similar to that, yes. This is a remake of the PSP game, but everyone is saying it runs alot better on smart phones than it ever did on the PSP.

Not to derail the 3D train here, but uhh...

Dillo Hills works fast and flawlessly on the EVO 3D compared to the 4G. It's a relatively CPU intensive game, for what it oddly enough, but I'm glad I bought it back when it was introduced in the games forums now. I was disappointed back when I first got it on my 4G, but its perfect now.

I'd recommend giving it a shot. Full version is what I got.

Thanks! updated that and a bunch of others

Just bought asphalt 6 seeing as it works now...

Really disappointed with that. The phone is really struggling to push 17-18fps while in 3D, then barely 30 when 2d. Assassins creed is the same way... isn't the Adreno 220 chip supposed to be able to average MUCH better than that? I mean hell, the draw distance isn't anything at all. It's actually very low...

Hmm...

How are you seeing the FPS? I'd like to see what some of their HD games are getting, because they seem to run better than the 3D versions (even when they are in 2D).

Also, Spectral Souls runs like butter.

Well, I'm anal for one. Once you've seen the differences in framerates, its extremely easy to tell about or near exactly what the fps is.

For most people that don't care too much, 45 fps and up looks silky. 30-45 is a notable difference. Anything below 30 is very easy to tell.

When something is running at 20 or below fps, it is generally visually unappealing, no matter how graphically intricate it may be. Also, below 30 makes playing games rather difficult, because this is around the threshold where controls become unresponsive and lag behind from when you input.

The 3D games are definitely unresponsive with controls, which is a GOOD indication that its more than likely struggling to maintain 30 fps. It could also be just bad controls, to which I'll give then some benefit of the doubt. However, I'm leaning towards poorly optimized games, because things like pocket legends or the OG Nova, are instantly responsive, and playback quite smooth. Now, I'm no software guru here, but it makes sense to me that lagging and un responsive touch screen controls are DIRECTLY related to performance problems.

Again, the 3D aspect is relatively new for android in general here, so I'm fine with dealing through the problems that pop up. Though, the EVO 3D might be underpowered like the 4G, the new LG 3D phone going to AT&T has about 60fps playback on games, from what I could tell through the videos and not having a hands on look. We'll have to see how this all plays out.

For now though, the new games run like smashed *donkey* hole.

For the record, I can get framerate estimates from looking at things within about a 3-4 frame range. I consider that fairly accurate for human error. Still looks bad, however few frames I'm off by, exactly.

Battleheart is now up and working. Other games ive tested and worked are (specifically gameloft) is

-Modern Combat 2
-N.O.V.A. 1 and 2 and 3d version all work
-Shadow Guardian (awesomeness btw)
-Assassins creed 3d
-Asphalt 6 3d
-Rainbow Six HD

Gameloft games not working..

-Sacred Oddysey (worked on evo4g)
-Lets Golf 2 (force closed)

So far those are the only 2 that wont work for me. I'll keep updating.

Other things ive noticed.
-Crystal defenders crashes before you can finish a map
-xmen arcade lags like a beast

There is a post in the games section saying that the Unity Engine was updated and supposedly fixed the the problem, but games like Battleheart that were "updated" with it still seem to be crashing (though not as frequently).

Guerrilla Bob got an update this morning and its working just fine now...ill hold off on updating the unity games until we know for sure

It works for me as well, but about half of the splash screens are messed up. It shows about half of the picture on the screen:
