Maybe I should research it before I ask it!
But,as human beings we all are ignorant in some area ie....If you were to ask a question about something and I would have the answer I would try to help you!
I wouldn't tout about you to your face or behind your back how dumb I think you are. And that goes to certain others on this forum too!
Sometimes people forget where they come from!
I think poorboy and others that helped you to get where you are would agree!
All I was trying to do here is get some more DEVS out here in the forum {instead of hiding on their chat area} to engage in conversation about the Kernal to help the problem and to help others to understand and learn!
If you think that your brain power is higher than others in here because you think people cant spell kernal in here why dont you stay over on ACS website where you might get better intellectual stimulation!

First you might want to check your facts on who helped who get started. And I was offended too that you thought it was necessary to post this thread. Shabby has been more helpful to this forum than 99% of anyone else. So before you go Shabby bashing, do something, anything, helpful to the prevail community. So you might earn the right to even type his name. Until then, well, study.

the fact of the matter remains. just as i replied in that thread, im not calling people dumb or stupid my point is rather simple. if you cant spell the word kernel properly, then you prolly dont understand it well enough to answer questions you were asking, THUS leaving only a handful of people..... WOAH.... All I gotta say is Shabby IS, HAS BEEN and prolly WILL STILL BE, one of the biggest contributers to this forum... Look at all he has done for our Prevail... I definitely wouldn't be talkin crap to Shabby... Totally gotta agree with you TTR.... NO SHABBY BASHING!!!
 
I believe amidst his rant is he trying to say don't look down on people trying to learn. We want more devs here (ttr) in order to HELP the prevail community.

His post was asking questions to further his knowledge about KERNELS.

Everyone has to start somewhere in order to be as MAGNIFICENTLY great as you shabby.

But I do stand by everyone by saying this post was unnecessary. If you have an issue with shabby then PM him and resolve said issue that way. Don't make it public.
 
I wasn't trying to take anything away from Bloodawn, Hroark and Kouma, they fall in that 1% remaining. But, if it wasn't for you and interdpth, this phone would be a lame duck. Because you two helped to draw interest in the development of this phone.

of course, more devs the better. make no mistake about that :)

his original post was indeed asking about kernels and was looking for info, however like i said he came off whiney and "entitled" in the posts i quoted. thus i felt the need to explain that not everyone is going to jump in and start explaining how it all works to him.. he needs to be patient when talking on a forum.

i wish everyone would stop talking to me like im sort of awesome/amazing person.... i made a custom rom and a one click root, both of which can be done by anyone iwth some time on their hands and the ability to learn. im not some all powerful dev :/ hell when cm7 was being worked on the only thing i was good at was finding people to help with various problems cuz i didnt know how to fix them myself

as i stated before i have no issues helping people learn what little i do know to better not only themselves but their devices. but you must be willing to listen with an open mind :o cant just sit there and demand to know why cuz you said so, and if the answer isnt something you like cry about it...
 
lmao... Well, whenever you wanna educate people with what you know... invite me to the seminar... i'll listen... :) lol... keep up the good work.. And thanks for everything...
