The Atrix Pre-Order Page Is Live

I can't see the phone either because of the premier store >.<

I am so jealous of everyone who can order. Really sad thing is that I don't know if it will work when I go into store tomorrow either. First, because the reps on phone getting taken to premier store also, because that is what your account is linked to. Second, the prices on the AT&T site say the prices are only good for online purchase. :(

Regular (off-contract) price was showing $599 pre-rebates too, that was a shocker for me as well...

i called, and they said they couldn't help me with preorder questions, and I would have to call the premier number in the morning so.... anyway


I don't get why you guys are saying you are having problems getting to the preorder page if you are premier because I did it fine.

you just have to log on to your account, check upgrade status, and it should say on the bottom preorder atrix.



edit: reread that last post, I think I am having the same issue checking out however=(, and we can't do anything until the morning because premier isn't open.

yes, but we are still having a problem with checking out. It will show it in the cart, but we can't check out, and if you leave and come back then your cart is empty again

When I go to upgrade it takes me to the Premier Account section where the phone does not show up. When I log out and try to log into the Premier Customer site it says

Sorry, the wireless number you entered is an IRU (individual responsibility) account. This account type is ineligible for Premier Online Care. Please contact your administrator for assistance.

Don't know about that, do you own the business? Because I own my business and when I log in I can see it just fine.
 
It looks as if AT&T systems are updating when I called to pre-order so Ill keep trying through out the night.

Its a UPS employee discout that is around 15% off the bill nothing too crazy thats why I am wondering why it is giving me hell.
 
I just did it! Sign in, then go to "check for upgrades" -> "upgrade line" and choose line -> find the Atrix, then click "find out more" -> add to cart.

It told me my unlimited plan is incompatible though :( that worries me. I went ahead and sold my soul for the 4GB option with tethering and got the upgrade price...


I'm looking at the available options for a new plan with the Atrix. I have a "warning" that says "the phone you've chosen is not compatible with the following features: unlimited messaging for iPhone; Data plan for iPhone"

But on the available plans, there are 4 plans with unlimited data shown. One for just the data for 30 (must be a "gold list" smart phone plan prior to upgrade to HSPA+), one with unlimited messaging, 1500 messages and 200 messages for 50, 35 and 30, respectively. This is basically exactly the same as I pay now, just different packages...30 for the iPhone data plan (unlimited) and 20 for unlimited messages.

So I get to upgrade to the Atrix, keep unlimited everything, and not pay a dime more per month.

edit: "Requires customers to be on a SmartPhone Plan prior to upgrade to HSPA+ device.". Guess if you aren't an existing ATT customer on a smartphone plan, you don't get the option for unlim data
 
I went all the way to the checkout page and it did not take the $100 off...anyone has the same issue? Or when does it come off?

I would also like to know this. Shows $499 for me. Premier member by the way.
 
So if I take the "pre-order" accessories off it says I can finish checking out....I WANT THE BUNDLE PRICE!!!! lol guess I'll have to be patient or call it in later....oh well...for now....Premier Customer as well...
 
I don't know if it was b/c of my company discount but I was able to complete the upgrade using the the option "Continue with existing rate plan and features."

I have unlimited data and 1500 texts. I don't know if I'll be able to keep it but I'm not going to rock the boat.
