Haven't changed my sig yet. Been running CM7 based roms for a while now.

File didn't work from hboot either.

yes. I forgot to change the name to Splash1 though. Going to try it again.

Yeah...i installed sdk platform first...did you just dl adb drivers?

Don't want to sit in ash you all kinds of questions you know more bout tweaking these phones than I do .... when u changed the picture size. U just changed size. Right not resolution

Resolution is supposed to be 96 correct?

Dropping it on my sdcard AFTER changing the file name to splash1 fixed it. Worked good! Thanks for the help.

Yeah im not sure here. It helped goofygirl. Instructions say 72. I ripped a few open and they were 96...?

Yep. Just made another. For some reason though I have to do it through hboot instead of the pc. It works though.

Where did u get the figures 72 and 96. Mine was already set.. I did not change the resolution. At all.

Well order for that to work I think u have to have the adb drivers. As well as boot loader interface

I don't think so but anything is possible I guess. I have rooted 7 Evo's with this pc and a couple in the last few weeks with no issue. Never even had a problem with unrevoked not getting the whole job done.

I have adb installed on my computer. I have been playing with being able to do everything in hboot and recovery that way in case you have a phone with a broken screen or bad touch screen
