I thought it was now confirmed to be a 4.5" screen?
Is it? Wouldn't be the first time I missed or forgot something.

I don't trust the size comparison -
Using the old ruler on the screen trick, the screen is far smaller than the 4.7" screen on the HTC One.
So - either the X doesn't have a 4.7" screen or that comparison is bit off - or that's the upcoming One MegaWhatever.
Yeah i tend to exaggerate size too bro
Dont think i could use a smaller display than im used to tbh. I dont need a bigger display than 4.7 but less would maybe feel like a downgrade to me now.
Why have they chosen that size u think? Cost?
Both from Reddit. From a guy who had the AT&T version...[Picture] Here is the Verizon Moto X : Android
4.7 screen if you include the soft key bar at the bottom
Ive never used a nav bar phone.. so say im watching a movie, do they dissapear and make the screen 16:9?

I kind of like the white just in how clean it is, but to me.. kinda always identifies with iPhone / Apple product line.
2200 mAh battery is a bit disappointing. More than a bit disappointing. Only a marginal improvement over GNex's extended battery - which I feel like is barely adequate. Maybe it's that my battery is just old. In any event, pretty far short of 3000+ on the Razr.
We'll see what all drops on August 1st...

It is strange how apple has a lock on the color white lol
I was hoping for a little more screen real estate than 4.7". I mean the GNex has 4.65", so whoo hoo at what little I'd gain.

I removed the HTC One Max from the list because HTC is notoriously bad at supporting their devices.
i'm curious why the droid maxx isn't on your radar?
The Droid line is the most notorious for having a locked-down bootloader and tons of bloatware. I guess VZW needs to weigh it down with bloat to help pay the licensing royalties to Disney (formerly Uncle George) for the "Droid" name.
Unless I have a pretty good shot at unlocking, rooting and ROMming a phone, I have little interest in it.
Don't get me wrong: I think the Ultra Maxx will be a beast of a phone, and quite capable for a long time to come. I'll just have to wait and see about it.
The G2 would be the perfect size for me at a 5.2" screen: a little more than the Galaxy Nexus, not nearly the behemoth size of a Note. I'd love it. Whatever I get, though, SD-card slot or not: I HAVE to have at least 32GB, if not 64.
Here are the specs now that some other pieces have been figured out:
Processor: 1.7GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro (MSM8960DT, dual-core) processor
Display: 4.7-inch display, reads as 4.5-inch because of on-screen nav buttons (1184
