Thanks you made this curious kitty gain its yarn, I was wondering what was tartar.. it is some kind of cream right?
Us Americans when hearing the name of "Tartar" generally think with fish, it is has a sour taste to it: (i.e. https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/12788/tartar-sauce-i/ )

Definitely not tartar sauce. I think it’s Egg whites whipped with sugar. Usually on Lemon Meringue pie, for example.
