I know some folks like to see the team that beat their team win, but as a Pats fan, it was nice to see all the looks on Manning's face. Seattle is legit; I just hope they have another great season this year unlike Baltimore's fail. ;)

More of a nuisance then scratching my car windows early in the morning for maybe 5-6 times, wasn't in it for us here this winter (yet).
Scratching is an option, you now, sf? :)

Hey Lanatic59, cheer up. :D

The National Weather Service just issued a statement that today's snow (please excuse the 4 letter word) should start tapering off during the evening rush hour. Of course, earlier they issued a winter storm watch for tomorrow evening. :(
 
Here I sit with the temp at 78. This going from heat to running the AC is annoying.

On another unhappy note, My blood sugar spiked to 200 first time in over a month of good readings. I wonder if the diet drink at Taco Bell wasn't diet this time... :mad:

I can usually tell when they slip in the regular in stead of diet. That subtle taste difference and passing out 20 minutes later. :rolleyes:
 
I ordered an alcohol free mojito in a tapas restaurant. I immediately knew it was with alcohol. Went to the bar to get it changed but the bar tender kept to his statement that it was nonalcoholic.

For many drinks I can tell, but there are some that the diet and regular taste the same. Which is too bad if they did make that mistake, because the sodas they have, that are easy to tell the difference, are Pepsi products. No offense to Pepsi drinkers, but Diet Pepsi tastes nasty...
 
My English teacher is concerning me with how challenging this research paper is going to be. 10 page MLA research paper sounds alright but nothing he says makes sense. Hes upsest with documentaries, politics, and everything else that doesn't make sense to me.

Its worse when the server thinks diet and normal taste the same and doesn't see the need to quickly replace the diet they gave you by mistake so you can gulp down the regular quickly in hopes of diluting the diet enough to prevent the migraine.
