Root {Theme}{Port} Nextang

I'm running superclean .9 with this theme. I would like to enable the puzzle lock screen with it, because I like the ability to open right into missed calls, and I like the way the stock music player has a pull down menu.

When I tried enabling, though, the layout of the puzzle screen isn't quite right. The hole for the puzzle piece is shifted up (until you actually pick up the puzzle piece, when the hole snaps back down); the controls for the pull down music player appear as numbers instead of the fast-forward, pause, and rewind buttons; and the clock at the bottom of the screen is misaligned with the date and AM/PM. Is there anything I can tweak to make the puzzle lock play nicely with the theme?

The nextang font for whatever reason doesn't play nice with some things (many custom fonts are like this) flashing the stock font back might be a better fit for you....i plan to have a big update out by tomorrow for this so ill put it up then

As for the puzzle lockscreen....personally i can't stand it......but i understand its usefulness...sorry if its not lining up right..could be the font....because i didn't touch those images
 
Alas, using the stock font didn't help the problem. Odd how random bugs creep in to things.

I'm looking forward to seeing your update!

ill dig into the framework to see if i may have accidently altered/changed any of the puzzle images....and that would have caused the problem...but otherwise...not sure

but yeah i never was a huge fan of the theme as is (i was still learning what i was doing) but i think the update is pretty good...its neater and cooler i think
 
wow tang! i don't know how i've completely missed this theme until now - orange is my favorite color so running into this is sweet =D
 
Hmmm mighty tempting there nitsuj17 having tried blue red purple and black orange is the one color I havent tried yet. Looks very tight
 
Is anyone using the Phandroid app? I just installed the update to it and when i go into this thread to download the theme, nothing happens when i click on the link. Just wondering if others are hitting this problem with the updated app. I guess i'll have to use the browser for now to download.

I can say I haven't ever d/led from mobile. I didnt know that was possible, I've always used computer

I've been underwhelmed by the phandroid app and honestly I usually still use the browser for this joint

Well when you click on a link to a file, say a theme hosted on mediafire. The browser automatically opens up, and when you save the file it gets saved to /sdcard/Download. As soon as the download is done you can click on the file from the notification area (and if you have ROM manager installed) it will load recovery and flash the file.

That simple. This still works with the updated Phandroid app for mediafire hosted files, but for some reason direct download links such as nit's Nextang theme are not working with the updated version.

I actually like it due to it's speed.

Sorry to hijack the thread with this phandroid app stuff :o Back on topic!
 
Took awhile to find the necessary orange stuff but now I have enough stuff for red orange blue and purple.

Well done nitsuj17 the icons inside look boss and the orange hits the spot
