Root [THEME] Royal Android v4.1 CWR

This theme is looking great Blue .. one question .. forgive me if i missed it being discussed someplace already .. I am already on Shabby 0.9 which i have setup the way i like it after modding the initial install rom .. is there a way to just add the theme parts of your install or does it require reflashing with your files to incorporate all the changes
 
I've been on this forum for a while and haven't commented at all. Now I have to say, I am impressed with the effort of these developers and their achievements. I am thrilled to be able to run with the big dogs...........thanks

when i installed this all i did was make a backup and let it rip ... when it was done i removed the apps it added i didnt want but it didnt mess with my setting or anything else

Thanks for the reply , I will just reconfigure it the way I had my shabbymod install and give it a whirl
 
blue, can I ask a favor?

I am not really into the htc theme, I like your v2. it is what I have on my phone since you put it out. I was wondering though could you color it blue I would be interested to see what that looks like.

Sure I can try. Unfortunately I don't think it will be right away. Between work and the wife its hard to get some time for themeing.

But what kind of blue? Like honeycomb or like the navy.

I understand, I am not in a hurry, I have your v2 and im not bored of it.:D
 
so how do you add these with out removing shabbtmod 9?
i tried it but i dont know if i got all of them. alll i did was replace the res folder on the framework-res.apk from shabbymod and just did the shabbymod intall again. but i dont know if i got all of them in there. can some one help? thanks :D

can we just replace the Rom folder with yours and still have shabbymod?

this doesnt remove shabbymod it is a modified version installing this gives you themed shabby

i tried it and it works but i have noticed is says shabbymod-0.9-beta
and i think that is causing a problem cuz i cant do the profile update, prl update, or firmware. so my question is. can i replace certain files so it wont be the beta version of shabbymod? i was previously running shabbymod .9 slim and it was working fine other than the home and camera buttons.

not sure about that , but it is not the version of shabby that is the problem , i am on same one and my updates work fine. There is I think a thread about the PRL updates here somewhere

ok so i copied just some files to the original shabbymod and the 3g arrows dont turn on. i did do a back up with clockwork but i dont know how to recover from the back up.

edit: ehh just used the one that came with the theme and the arrows light up now and the profile update worked now. but not prl but i think tht one is up to date. i have 61007. so for now im ok untill the next prl update. how often is there new prl updates?
 
got stuck in a boot loop when i tried installing with CWM. flashed using .bat and it installed with no problems and it takes about the same amount of effort as the other way. very very nice. keep up the great work.
is there any chance you'd consider changing the font's color for phone call and download notifications? you can see the phone icon and download bar but you can't see what it says. No big deal if not.

I got my phone june first I think. and i believe it had prl 61007 on it then.

I just did a manual update to the latest sprint prl otherwise it would still be on 61007.

Thank you for the info. I'm not really a coder but I will try my best to make iy work.

What do you mean "I don't see the notifications"?

Like when you pull down the statusbar? or like just the notifications bar at the top?

Like none or just some?

Could you test it out and get back to me please?
 
Rebooted and still no notifications, the phone still looks and feels great anyway, thanks a million for sharing and for the effort.

i rebooted again after the initial flashing, the notification screen is transparent, but there are no notification icons located on the screen, it's just blank.

notifications was the wrong term,, no power options.......thanks
