Is it becuz the zip is titled update_1.zip..i had a duplicate from the first time i tried to root a couple days.

No its gotta be just update.zip that's it that why ur device is not detecting the zip

U have the key root master modded versions got to get root then u can extract the twrp

Open app hit m root and the root again and batal reboot device ur rooted u will see a new app its super su wen granting an app click the button on right OK
