Root Three Step No PC Required Root,Recovery,Rom Guide [ZTE Awe Only]

Is this the easiest way to obtain root? I am just trying to run a data recovery program, mobisoft maybe, and it says i need to root first. I am not concerned with performace as this is an old phone. Mainly just want to recover deleted SMS.

Its a one click method using an apk so yes its the easy way out
 
Apk? Foreign to me. So basically just do step 1 from the op.ball from the phone? I want to install as little as possible so any deleted data doesn't get rewritten on. How about free data recovery? Does anyone know of this or is there another forum for i could read up on it?

I really don't know why people want to stay on stock or I guess don't hook there phone up to a PC and follow other guides that are safer then this method. My personal opinion about are phone is to use the L Awe stock install directions to start with. If your worried about your warranty follow the directions in the revert to stock thread before sending it back as long as it's not a hardware problem because are phone is pretty much unbrickable.
 
Root Master no longer works on the ZTE Awe, or at least in my case. Had to swap out my phone a few different times because of some hardware problems, and Root Master worked every time prior. 1.3.6 doesn't work either. Once it tries to root and realizes it can't, it tells me to try to "cloud root" the phone or something like that and then brings me to a since deleted webpage. Do PC roots still work, or am I out of luck now?

Where did u get ur device from I got 3 from target and worked

Direct from Virgin Mobile. Must have been fresh off the line. I flashed the "L" Awe ROM fine though, so at least I was still able to do that. I just wanted to remove the horrible stock boot sound, which was the reason for me rooting in the first place.

That's where u messed up target is the the spot I just got another one for 99 dollars and I rooted it in seconds I got it for the lollipop soon to come

This phone is bullet proof smacked it against walls still good lol well where I stay there isn't virgin mobile stores target and walmarts are my only options dessert status glad u got a ROM flashed now ur good to go
 
Found the version of rootmaster I have Google root master modded scroll down where it saids key root master ( mod version) data file host down load that one installs supersu had some trouble pasting link

I just Posted the one from the Google Google results like you said it would be found. I know I can't post links with any browser I use on my phone even in desktop mode.
