Well I have the DX and will never buy another locked down phone again. Rumors go that the Targa is the next Nexus device... if that's true it'll be one hell of a phone. But it doesn't come out till Christmas. Which at the rate things are going, means it might drop before the Bionic does.
I REALLY wish the EVO 3D was going to T-Mobile, but it isn't. I'm moving away from Verizon to T-Mobile because pretty soon I'll be moving back to Canada and I need a GSM device to take with me because CDMA devices aren't supported up there. So right now the LG G2x looks to be the best device going. I wish the HTC Pyramid was dropping soon, but I haven't found a confirmed release date yet for it.
Luckily they're already working on the nightlies for CM7 for the G2x and it's been rooted already as well. I'm a little concerned about the lack of activity in the 'All Things Root' section in the G2x forum, but so long as it gets CM7, I'll be happy. Vanilla Android is a plus. I wonder why Verizon doesn't offer any of the kick ass LG devices anyhow?
