Root Tommys supermagic and titanium issue

Is anyone using tommys v0.1.0p3 rom and able to download Titanium backup from the market. Im getting your device isnt compatible. I wiped the cashe's and have fast boot off and non market apps checked. I cant live with out titanium. Any ideas??

Ill try that now. All my other apps downloaded fine Just titanium is giving me this error. Funny thing is it will let me download the pro key.
 
Well that did not work so i loaded the stock rom and same eror
here is a pic. Something just isnt right.

well the weird thing is that on my pc , it is telling me that my phone is not compatible.and it is not showing up on my phone at all. gonna flash a different rom in a bit and see if that changes, but this is weird now.

I tried the stock 465 rooted rom and got the same thing. It said the latest update had a google play fix that was causing it not to show on wifi. But i tried on 4g and it still a nogo. Hopeing its just a play store glitch.
