Root Too late for MIUI Gingerbread?

Its the framework and status bar in the themes... Try to apply back to original theme and then re-apply w/o the framework and status bar.

Tested and worked for me..

Edit: I do believe I had solved this issue (for time being) in the first page of thread..

It took me a couple of flashes to get this rom working correctly. Still I love it so far! Pretty slick and have some nice features. I've encountered some force closes but those have already been stated in the thread.

I was trying to do the whole wifi stuff like you said. I can't seem to get mine to stay checked. It keeps turning it off. Going to see what may be causing that and get back to you.

Would be interested to test Darktremors A2SD with this installed >.> Though somehow I think my prevail will just burst into flames.
 
Anyone else have issues with Bluetooth share? I attempted to share a file with my wife, I have her set up on this ROM as well, it will pair but not connect

Probably need to run the .1 to use A2SD .3 has trenchkato's kernel with integrated a2sd

This already has a2sd in it. Also, the first version that was released (0.0.1) also has a form of ap2sd in it too. This ROM originally came with it. The only thing that changed when he added the KatoKernel was that it can be overclocked now.:) COOL HUH!:D:D

*slasps forhead* :2in1: Duh why didn't I see this. LOL. Thanks for the heads up that makes much more sense now. If it has the KatoKernel already in it that saves me so much more time. Will have to try a theme on it and see what happens. It's still a bit glitchy but it's pretty usable in the current form. Once some of these bugs get fixed this will be a great rom :)

LOL, that is normally the first thing that I checked when I switch ROMs. I run way 2 many apps for the stock internal to handle:aetsch:.:D
 
Oh, one more thing. Wireless tether for root users works great with MIUI. I woke up this morning and the cable internet was out in the neighborhood so I installed my ole trusty Wifi tether and it worked like a charm. :D

You can not (connect) two (devices) . You can pair and push an object while paired.

Edit: Paired with my auntie's Huawei to see, pushed MP3 in less than 20 seconds... No prob.

This lockscreen is really cool. When you pull it down it shows blazing red gears moving.

I just re-flashed and haven't installed the script for the roaming indicator remover.

Does anyone else have iffy battery? I feel like my battery drains fast and I have a extended battery also I think airplane mode doesn't work like it should instead of saving battery In places with no to poor signal I feel like it doesn'tsave the battery and in fact make it worse. Also can others tell me how they're battery is and if they have done anything special?

That's a BIG 10-4 on the battery drain. Kinda figured it would be like that though. CM7 is a battery killer too. This MIUI is a little bit worse on the battery though. Thank goodness I've got 3 batteries, a phone charger in both bedrooms, a wall charger for the battery and a charger in both cars. I'm go2go. :aetsch:

What's up peeps!!! I am relaying a msg from B-love....He apologizes for not dropping in but has informed me he is experiencing technical difficuties...I do know updates are in the works BUT.....don't know the eta....

Ok I have had Ubuntu installed on a dual boot...however when I run Ubuntu and try to connect wireless in WILL NOT EFFIN CONNECT!!! WTH??? It has connected one time and that one, when connected for EFFIN 5min, it knocked my phone off of wireless????????????????????????????????????? Can ANYONE please comment WTH is going on here?

I'be done it a ton of times before with lots of different phones. Share music and various other files including Roms all the time
