Tranquility is no better than just deleting blur apps yourself. I ran a Logcat while running Tranquility and it just kept showing error after error after error. I cant see how that is good for performance, whether its "deblurred" or not. I went back to my own deodexed and bloat removed rom and its running way better than Tranquility ever did. Just because its a "custom" rom, does not mean it is good. By any means. Especially with all of the random reboots I have been hearing about also. After seeing the logcat, it doesnt surprise me. You guys can check for yourselves.. download ALogCat from the market.

It quadrant score running tranquility 1.5 was 1458. I am still kind of disappointed in the overall ROM though.

All that is perfect for me and I have both stock keyboards.
I haven't had a single issue.

Anyone know what's in the update? Only thing I noticed is the Tranquility boot animation and Terminal Emulator is in my app drawer now.

fixed a couple bugs
which bugs? i still see that the youtube widget still doesn't work, as i can't click on the search function like before, and i did have a random reboot

So far, I did have issues with v1.0 which caused me to go back toy just flyX
But as soon as I get a reboot I am probably going back to just flyX again
If it did what's the harm? I've had brand new phones with stock OS reboot also. It happens, its a 1 minute down time out of many hours. Now if it was rebooting every 30 minutes or hour I'd be worried.
Got new email client new Car dock new multimedia dock. Basically removed as much Blur as possible and replaced with other apps.

I'm pretty sure these early ROM's are just apps removed and replaced. They aren't coding and recompiling code from source to fix bugs. So if you had a bug caused by 2.2 code it's not going to be fixed. If it was caused by adding an app that just isn't really compatible they fix it by installing a different one.
FYI my YouTube widget search works just fine.

Again, everyone, I've said this before. We need to be patient. Don't lash out at P3Droid for trying what he's doing, or you might piss him off enough to get him to stop.

I keep hearing people say they are disappointed so I'm just curious as to what everyone thought this ROM would do for them?
For the ones that are having problems I know the answer but for those that have it running fine but are still disappointed what did you expect?
I think a lot of you are forgetting this is a multitasking OS that we have all loaded a ton of different apps on and removed. Maany done by programmer that haven't had a lot of experience with Android coding. It may be an app you have installed that is trying to access a blur service or something else that was removed. A reboot It doesn't necessarily mean the ROM is bugged. That is probably why some of us have no issues, some have little issues and some have big issues. We all have different configurations.
I've had stock X reboot, my Dinc rebooted all the time, also stock. Don't jump to conclusions and if you're not ready to try and fix issues you may want to stop loading ROMS.

Isn't the reason we do this is we like to monkey with stuff? Give it time, try to fix things a random reboot once or twice a day isn't going to kill you. So what if your phone is down for 30 seconds?
