Go to boot twrp than file manager than go to data look for xposed and delete the folder and reboot. When I flashed xposed it worked but a lot of bugs.. It kept saying com.phone crashed and weather crashed so I just said eff it and uninstalled
If you made a backup through Twrp and did not renamed it there its ur problem... Every time you do a backup on twrp you need to do it cus it doesn't give you the right timezone and it brakes alignment. But can someone tell me why backups don't work?
Which xposed did you flash. I tried official and com.android.phone has stoppedI got xposed to work with this device. You HAVE to clear dalvik cache to get it to boot properly. Most g3tweaks mods work.
For the guy who bricked, I system dumped when I first got the phone, I can give you system.img and you can flash it with the send_command exploit using dd. That's iif you still need it.
Lol? Why did you do that...(delete this please)I have the same problem using xposed and com.android.phone message kept coming up. I accidently deleted the os thinking it would solve the problem. My phone is pretty much a brick. Is there any way to recover the os??
Because I'm dumb So, can anyone help me?Lol? Why did you do that...

All I was saying sometimes that's an issue. The best way "For ME" to play safe its to custom my backup by renaming.. Cus I have been through that before. Positive Inputs are always good. That is not true, at least for this device. I have already restored multiple backups without a problem
@AP2FTW If time allows, I will work in a recovery build for your device, unless it has already been done but overlooked. Give me your model number (ex: MS345) and bootloader status
I'm on it , I posted a test image on xda forum.the model number for the metropcs lg g stylo is MS631. under the battery cover it shows H631 (which is the tmobile variant) AND MS631 so they seem to be the same phones if this is relevant
bootloader status is unlocked from everything i have read
someone on xda had twrp running on his tmobile variant and he bricked it somehow
also not sure if this would help, but someone else posted the metropcs system image on xda http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=61192150&postcount=86
thank you very much in advance whether you can/cant get us twrp working. im sure there would be lots of people that would be very happy and willing to donate
I will see about getting my dev team a forum here so we can have people make requests there. Since we don't own every device, we would have to keep it strictly to recoveries. All we can really do is try. If @Noobified decides to throw in the towel I will take on the project but until then, it's all him. I don't want to jump in and steal work he has probably worked really hard on. Noobified, if you want you can link me to your tree on github and we can maybe collab on twrp?the model number for the metropcs lg g stylo is MS631. under the battery cover it shows H631 (which is the tmobile variant) AND MS631 so they seem to be the same phones if this is relevant
