Root Unable to boot into recovery

CJS

Newbie
Sorry to start another thread on this, but I just installed Supersonic 3D and I'm having the force close issues with superuser and damn near everything else. I dl'd that other su zip and put it on my card, but I can't get into recovery. I even installed ROM manager for the sole purpose of the option of rebooting into recovery. Suggestions appreciated. I know the power and vol. down. deal. Not working.

Try pulling the battery 1st and wait like 10 sec put battery back in and then try power and volum down. Also this needs to be moved to the rooted section.

Dood, don't use Rom manager for anything. It's all shiny and looks good, but it doesn't work very well.
That's probably the source of your problems right there.

also you need to disable fastboot. go to settings/app/(i believe it is power)/uncheck fastboot.

There isn't an option for fastboot in the Supersonic3D rom, just fyi;)

To the op,

Try quick boot from the market for booting to recovery and I agree with granite, DO NOT USE rom manager for anything:cool: except for maybe flashing a recovery or an alternate recovery

I uninstalled rom manager and quick boot worked. Thanks a lot!
