Root Unable to download TWRP 2.5.0 using GooManager

Well, I guess I spoke too soon. This problem has recurred. Even a reinstall of the ROM hasn't helped, because within a few hours, this same problems comes back.

Looks like I'm going to have to try another ROM if I can't figure out how to permanently correct this.

Make sure you update your PRL, and do a Data Profile update. Sometimes this fixes little issues like this as well.

2 days ago my google account didn't sync. I did a "battery pull" and booted to recovery, cache and dalvik wipe. All good since.

Check in your mobile data settings and be sure you've got domestic data and domestic voice checked, and don't have them checked under roaming guards.

If you have the connections optimizer turned on, might want to see if turning it off does anything.

There are so many options in this rom, it's hard to tell where something might be amiss.

Just an FYI update...

Nothing I have tried has worked. I've tried every suggestion here and elsewhere, but the problem persists. The only thing I can now do is try a different ROM, because for some reason, Viper just doesn't work well on my phone when it comes to the app drawer. All my apps disappear, and I'm forced to reboot the phone to get them back, only to have them disappear minutes or hours later.

This is really weird, can't put my finger on it.

Maybe try an RUU, not sure about that tho.

See if any other roms act strange, and let us know. We can move on from there.
