now im on cm12, there is notification about cm12.1 updates. should i just auto update or manually flash it with recovery? and which custom recovery should i take ? cwm or twrp

I just realized that MultiMount SDCARD only mount the sdcard READ-only, with cm12.1
Can't transfer file from PC with UMS anymore
While MTP mode always crash in the middle of transfering large file

How long's it supposed to take for first boot?
It's taking way longer than usual.

How long's it supposed to take for first boot?
It's taking way longer than usual.

unable to mount data, cache, system.. I'm guessing this is bad, right? The ROM flashed successfully. I'm going to try flashing the gapps after. The slightly older mini gapps I tried flashing failed to flash.

From my experience, NEVER flash SuperSU. It causes a bootloop/soft brick. Just flash CM and GAPPS and enable root in Development settings.

First flash rom, make install wizard and after flash gapps, wipe dalvik and reboot. Wait, and after boot to recovery and flash supersu. This can't make bootloop
