I flashed pico and did not have any problems.
Pico is the smallest package and I highly recommend it.

I tried it, but I was getting bootloops. (But I installed alot of modules with it and didn't figure out which one is working and which one does not.) Check the questions and answers of that web page I saw someone made it work. But you have to delete some files from system before each reboot. Cheers hope this helps.

Yes I got the Xposed Frameworks to work a few days ago. I have posted my feedback on Nameless Rom 2.1. But the only problem is that before each restart you have to delete some files from dalvik cache or you will have bootloops on next reboot, check this link for more info. Which is a real headache so I went back to my Original Nameless rom 2.1. Just a heads up, always make a nandroid backup before trying Xposed Frameworks 5.1.

You have to do custom rom for that. Thats the whole point. if you dont even know that, i suggest you look into what custom roms are and how to use them.

From Experience I think, after two or three restarts, it will run more smoothly. But if you are coming from CM 12 to cm 12.1, you should have start fresh for a better stable rom.

It's normal. Every device (PC too), need few minutes to make complete boot and load other services and proceses..

For some reason i finally decided to flash the TWRP from 1st page and lates cm12.1 with android 5.1.1. plus gapps
after succesfully flashing, my phone appear as d320, and my phone is d325, the ril is not working and the home button fuction as back button
