Yeah he should im just saying that this guide will work with any cm ROM
I went to this forum: http://www.lg-phones.org/cm12-custom-rom-for-lg-l70.html and i installed the rom from today and the network just has an exclamation mark.

Id whipe cm12 off your phone. Then download the old version from this fourm as its the full os not just an update file. Then go download the latest one and flash it and only whipe the dalvik cache. You from now on will have ota updates and be on the latest os. Also if the problem presists with signal follow the other guys advice. Im just saying this becuse there are so many improvments since the version your on

and if you completely stuff up as long as you have access to download mode you can install stock agaon, just backup your stuff with nandroid firstTweakforce_LG

Purple screen? Check your recovery. Can yiu get into it ir does it give you a purple screen? Thats a sign that you flashed your recovery wrong but phone should still boot without showing a purple screen. Use cm12.1 on the other cm lolipop l70 fourm. Same dev but up to date with android 5.1.1 and more stable. Try flashing the erliest version of it as its the whole os not the update file. Then flash the latest one over it and whipe delvic cache but nothing els. Then install pico gapps and boom no purple screen and more up to date than the one your flashing
my problem is recovery i use TWRP recovery and its work like a charm! thank you. I love this rom

So you reflashed the recovery and its working. Make shure you use cm 12.1
Yes i use cm 12.1 that i downloaded from first post. Also i install aboot.bin lg l70 d325 and everything works fine.

i don't even know how to backup.. hayst it's very complicated for a beginner like me to do these complicated stuffs for getting an update to my phone lollipopYou can upgrade to 5.1.1 now
