Root UNROOT Sprint Samsung transform ultra 2.3.6 NOOB

I need help unrooting my samsung tu back to stock. I had 2.3.6 IM A NOOB SO please explain to me like im a dumbass.

I had downloaded sprint stock and tried to flash it but it said install aborted.

I figured it out! I needed to make a back up in CWM then I used root explorer to move SPRINTSTOCK into CWM/Backup then just load into CWM and choose SPRINTSTOCK.
