I just updated my phone, but now it won't turn back on. All I get is a "samsung" turning blue-ish and then returning back to normal, then turning blue again. Is this normal? I've tried removing the battery and turning it back on, but the same thing happens.

hold cam button vol up and then power all at the same time.

if it goes into recovery mode do a factory reset/ data wipe.

if it does not help then hold cam/vol down/ power and go to download mode, downloading in yellow will pop up on the screen.

let it sit for a while like that. It can be slow.

Let us know if it starts vibrating a lot

I just updated my phone too and now its super slow and keeps saying low memory. I just want it to go back to the way it was.
