Root Update Question for rom 4.54.651.1

Hi all, I have already rooted my phone but I need to update it to the new rom 4.54.651.1, could someone either provide the best way of doing this or point me in the direction of some documentation that would provide the best way of updating to this rom without bricking my phone.

1) Go to the ROM & Kernels download page at the top of this forum
2) Download your updated ROM ( odexed) & place it on your SD card. Also download Superwipe if you dont already have it
3) Perform a nandroid just in case anything goes wrong
4) Run titanium backup to backup any non-system apps & data that you need
5) Reboot into recovery
6) Wipe Data, Dalvik Cache & Cache at least once each
7) Flash Superwipe
8) Flash your ROM
9)Reboot
10) Set up ROM and restore apps from titanium backup

all you need to do is just flash a rom. ota's are very easy for rooted phones. but, never accept an ota while you are rooted. all you have to do is wait for the devs to cook up a rom or include it in their existing rom. in the rom kernel sticky you will see different roms according to the ota software versions. just pick the one you nandroid/wipe/and flash it and you are updated.
