Root Update??

Has anyone gone here --> Mobile Phone Support and downloaded the update today??
says that there is an update availabe that wasn't there a couple weeks ago. just wondering if this is the update that was rumered to be out today. I don't have a data cable here at work or I would try it myself. If anyone can, give it a shot and see if it is actually something new.
 
Hmm LG Mobile Update Tool tells me that i have the latest version yet the site says theres an upgrade avaiable.
 
well, damn. thought it worth a shot, Just found it odd that the VS740 is now in the list and it wasn't there a couple weeks ago, and that it says there is an upgrade available. Thanks for trying.

I'm pretty sure I remember seeing it appear there about the time that the ZVC update went out. I think it is reflecting that still. But I have been wrong before.
 
so does anyone have the link from the new update in which was released today? or is this the link that death posted?

or could someone tell me the difference between OTA and the link above
