Root [UPDATED 8/8/12]Breath of fresh air....an update

Any possibility of a video of it booting? Not asking for "proof" just want to see how well/fast it boots running a modern OS.
 
Bartered myself a gs3, but man I am excited to hear this news. Plus the wife has the spec now, but THANKS to the devs we will both have sick phones.

How is the signal strength comparative to the Spectrum?
 
Dear Death, I'm writing these few lines to acknowledge your endless hard work and that I miss your voice in the recent posts. Where are you?
 
This is a bit worrisome:

$ diff -ur lge-kernel-vendor-P930-V10f lge-kernel-vendor-VS920 | wc -l
38508

Thirty eight thousand lines of code changes to sift through in order to use the P930 ICS kernel on the VS920. That'll take a bit of time...

I dunno, man, comparing my wife's razr to my spectrums is no contest... Hers far out performs mine. I get crap reception in many places where she has full lte. It might be better than the gnex, but I recall reading that phone had a sh*t radio compared to most.
 
To let all know there is no difference to me, in ics vs jellybean . So when the spec gets cm9 the phone will go into "beast mode."
