Root UPDATED [ Team Osiris ] CodefireX 4.2.2 aosp OpenMaster Kingdom, Milestone 2, [ WIP ]

This Rom is great thanks for the work, I do have to ask why can't I install apps. I tried to use titanium backup and it was a no go then I read it wouldn't work cause this Rom being jb. So I tried installing 1 by 1 off the play store and about 90% of the apps gave errors, it said unknown error. So me thinking it was a bad flash or something I went to recovery and did the entire process again, full wipe, dalvik, format system and flash again and it would just say everything forced closed and would do nothing else, I had to pull battery to get it off then apon restart it would start up but opening anything would just force close nothing worked.

Is there anything I can do to make this work cause I loved the Rom when I first started it up the first time.
I did notice also that the voice to text.crashes everytime I tried it with the web then it would just stick and I couldn't type anything at all cause when trying to open keyboard it would just try google search and crash
 
Love the rom, used it all day and found a few bugs:

-Can not install apps or restore apps (rom toolbox pro)
-Signal bars aren't accurate
-Rebooting to recovery takes forever
-Screen froze some times
-Mobile data isn't automatically switched on when you boot up

yeah the mobile data is funny. but iam glad it at least works
 
I can't seem to get the Rom to work. I've wiped several times and I get a boot loop or freezes on boot everytime any ideas
 
This is a spectacular ROM. I've had no trouble installing it or apps from the Market and the whole thing is quite fast and responsive.

Three issues that are critical for me:
  1. 4G isn't working
  2. Camera isn't working
  3. No tun incorporated into this kernel (or so it seems)

Thanks for this monumental piece of work.

iam still working on my kernel, i will encorperate that into it
 
hi,you guys did a crazy good job. I test the rom in my phone, it has some problem.
1.if i change the default launge（except english） , the UI will not work.
2.it can't read my [SIZE=-1]Chinamobile SIM Card。
[SIZE=-1]3.[/SIZE][/SIZE][SIZE=-1][SIZE=-1]My phone management tool to identify the phone model is htc evo rather than design 4g[SIZE=-1].

not to long ago I asked how come when I use titanium back up to restore apps it don't work. I was told by dm47021 that its because of 4.2. I don't understand this. I I went from ics to jb before from stock root ics to cm10 4.1. by 2fast and titanium back up worked just fine. so why not on 4.2

Its not guaranteed to work, and usually doesn't, even if it does work most good devs will recommend you do NOT restore to a different version as it will give you trouble sooner or later

Stuff changes enough to make it incompatible, that's just how it is :( this is something dm can't help you with... also 4.2.2 is very different from 4.1

same thing happens to me on all roms... sprint is slow naturally and i believe they throttle whatever connection is used for the playstore, my downloads don't even start, this is on real sprint service

I want stock jelly bean real bad but if I can't use none of my apps its pointless to run this. its such a good Rom to. I really wish 4.2 allowed users to restore apps straight from titanium back up.

You will not be able to find a faster source built rom. Also the only custom aosp OpenMaster 4.2.2.2.2.2.2.2.2.2.2 (not a typo) based rolling distribution built using CFX (Linaro 4.7.3 ) with strict aliasing, isoc++11 mode, and O3 completely as well as other optimizations.

Just wanted to see if anything new was going on since December nice to see 4.2 on kingdom was a nice phone and most def under rated but keep up good work guys I knew once team Osiris showed up help was here
 
I installed this, then flashed the gapps. I signed into my Google account, updated search and hangouts. I rebooted my phone and the market is missing completely. Flashing gapps again does not restore it. Any idea what's going on?
 
Best way to get my contacts to sync with Facebook? Not updating with photos. Also getting a crash in System UI. Anyone else?
 
I wiped everything but the phone wont go past the HTC screen. Any suggestions?
