Quick question... is it only supposed to last 15 seconds? That's as long as mine will stay on. If its supposed to stay on.... somethings wrong?

Yes 15 seconds is as long as it will stay on. The app is just a shortcut to the testing menu.

Download flashlight + LED from the market. It doesnt flicker anymore and stays on till your battery dies lol

well this can be somewhat worked around though.

If you turn on the flash light and then immediately hit the power button to make your screen go dark usually it will last until you turn it off. Doesnt always work but it does most of the time.
