I wonder if this will kill the double the data promotions to if everyone has to go on shared plans?
I really don't want to share my data with my teenager and have to worry about whether using google maps will cost me $10 extra.
I checked into Sprint but they require all phones to have the same plan so it would actually be more expensive for us, as all additional phone lines would be $20 instead of $10 and the smartphones would all require an additional $10 monthly charge.

After reading a few comments here and then reading the article...I'm even more confused. Therefore, let me just ask straight out... Since I am already on 4G unlimited, will I be affected? The article seems to say "everyone" but then goes on to talk about 3G. Can someone clarify?
