My order changed from "Order received and in process. Ship by 11/27/2012" (same thing it's said since I pre-ordered on 10/26, to "There was an error processing your order. Please refer to the email that was sent for further details."
I waited a few minutes and no email, so I called *611 and the CSR couldn't find out what was going on, so he contacted the Internet Sales department and transferred me to a manager there. The manager said that the pre-orders aren't going as smoothly as he had planned and there are some glitches they're working out.
He cancelled my order and put in a new pre-order. Then he did something (forgot what he called it) that puts my new pre-order back into the first batch shipping out tomorrow like it was originally supposed to.
Yeah, don't expect your phone to ship before tomorrow (11/27). The Internet Sales Manager said the first batch will be shipping tomorrow. Although my new confirmation email says ship today (11/26).
He said he's had a couple of calls about this "error processing order" already, so if yours changes to that, call them right away and get a new pre-order put in. They are shipping out pre-orders in the order they were received. The people that pre-ordered early will obviously get their shiny new Galaxy Note II before those that pre-ordered later. That's why many of you that have ordered later, like within the past couple weeks or so says "Check back tomorrow" instead of an actual ship date.
