I would have had it by today if FedEx wasn't slacking... Too bad I cant even pick it up since they haven't attempted a delivery. People living a few states over are getting overnight shipping and people like me who can literally have the fedex guys walk it over to our doorsteps are getting delayed... Estimated delivery date is tomorrow by 7pm. I'll look at it on the bright side though, I have the whole weekend to play with it.

That is crap, I got mine starting at West Chester as well in NJ today. If it was scheduled for Friday I think they often don't break there neck to get it there any quicker than that.

True, true. They can take my phone away but they aren't touching my arsenal. When't the end of the world supposed to end again anyhow? Is it sometime before I receive shipping confirmation for my phone? After all I'd like a day or two to enjoy before I relegate myself to my underground bunker...cell reception isn't too great down there. :dalek:

I pre-ordered Day 1 in store and my account was charged a couple hours ago. I am currently awaiting a shipping confirmation email. By "awaiting", I mean that I am checking my soon to be deactivated OG Dinc every 10 seconds for an email notification.

A tip of the hat to my Dinc. It was a good phone, but time to move on!
 
Preordered 6/6. VZW site says shipped 7/3. Fedex site says picked up 7/5. Expected delivery to Honolulu 7/6 with Overnight delivery.
 
Ok so my order status never updated after saying sent to process. Then no email. So I called to check my order status. Said processed and shipped. So I called vzw... jammed the 0 button to get a operator. They said it was shipped and gave me a tracking number. Shipped this morning at 6am so maybe call in to check for a tracking number. Mines set for delivery 6/9/12 but since its coming from PA to NJ I'm hopeful for tommorow
 
I pre ordered on 6/14 3:31pm over the phone from a CSR, 16GB blue, still no email or status change. Still says will ship 7/10/12... just got an email from VZW but it was for the new 4g LTE inc.. srsly.. I can't wait for my phone!! argh! That email got me excited then dissapointed I just had to vent :)

I guess the ocean currents are working in your favor then. I'm renting a boat and will be looking for the floating Verizon box on the high ocean. Bahahah...you may not want to wait for your phone as it's MINE, ALL MINE! Argh.

Just called Verizon again and was told that the serial numbers for the phones (required for activation) are being loaded into a database RIGHT NOW and should be completed today (in a matter of hours). If your phone serial number is in - you can activate, if it isn't, you have to wait until it is. The good news is that I keep my unlimited data and can upgrade wifey to my old incredible for an extra $30 per month with 2 gb of data for her.
 
I think we are way past the one thread structure and Phandroid needs to break each carrier out with their own forum like the others have, or in process of doing.
