I did, just because I was lazy. I wouldn't recommend it though. I'd definitely go wipe/ROM, instead. I haven't had issues yet with a Dirty Flash, but I won't be surprised if stuff creeps in. Just figured I'd be difficult :P
 
anyone know how to get the f'ing led to work? i cant get it right with neither built in or lightflow. with lightflow it either flashes once then dies or not at all and with built in it flashes constantly even after notification is cleared....WTFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF..!!!!!!!!!!

oh and whats a good kernel, im using franco right now gonna see how the temps run...
 
I'm using Franco 248 and am at over 7 hours on the battery with 1 hr 40 min screen on time and am at 52% left. Running very cool temp too. Highly recommended
 
Yep...Franco generally gets me close to 15 hrs total battery with never less than 2:15 screen on...that's stock battery...the butter is back in 2.2...this shiz flies
 
Just noticed .. JB Control Center>Battery>Battery Icon Style.. typo in "Turn on Batery Mods". Figured I'd post it.

Oh, and to my above posts...was getting Gmail force closes after the dirty install earlier, wiped clean and omg it loves life again! Love this ROM!!!

Still toying with it myself. I haven't had any FB notices come in yet, but I also use GoSMS for my texts. I was getting an LED on normal messages, but my Private box kept just turning the screen on with no LED. So I just uninstalled it and re-installed, and set everything back up, so we'll see how it goes. I also uninstalled FB and FB Messenger, and then re-installed those two as well. Gonna see how that goes.

EDIT: Apparently, in GoSMS, even though I had the Private Box settings set to not turn the screen on, it was doing it anyway. Funny enough, the NORMAL box was set to turn screen on for new messages, and wouldn't. Was like they were backwards. So now the screen isn't turning on for the Private msgs, just waiting on a few more to be sent to be to test the LED on those again. Halfway home lol.
 
Saw very little wrong with 2.1 until I flashed 2.2 yesterday. Damn this is NICE! The Charming fon on thenav bar, menu sticks as "menu" now. before it would sometines revert back to the menu icon on 2.1. only a minor thing but happy its fixed!
Really digging my phone now with Sourcery its .........magical!
 
Okay folks, looks like I've found an "issue" with 2.2:

When I am on my A2DP Bluetooth headset, I should be able to press the call button and get a "Speak Now" prompt to voice dial. But on JBSourcery 2.2, I get this:

"Speak Now. Goodbye." Immediately. I have no opportunity to voice dial at all.

This HAS to be a 2.2 issue because it worked on 2.0 and I clean flashed this ROM. I would appreciate validation if someone can duplicate the problem, and identify a potential fix. I may have to nandroid back to 2.0 because I use this feature a lot :(

Same here. Clean flashed, voice dial doesn't work, with or without a headset.
It worked fine for me in 2.0 and 2.1.
 
If I'm using the headset, I double tap the button and it starts voice dial.
Then it immediately say goodbye.
It does the same thing if you just tap the voice dial icon.
 
I just clicked on the voice icon from the google now... told it to call Terri.. and it showed Terri and her number... and dialed it..
 
May be a foolish question but is there any way to make the lock screen stay on longer before it times out and blacks out? I only ask because now that we can view our calendar on the lockscreen and it scrolls instead of listing it in the meaty part of the screen, I'd love to be able keep the screen on longer to view what I've got going on today without having to either wiggle the unlock ring or actually unlock and go into calendar. Again, picky on my part. This ROM kicks butt, just me shooting for the Moon. :)
