Viewing Orange account usage on Hero

When I click on 'your account' it used to show me my remaining minutes, texts, data etc.

Now, it doesn't. Anyone else had this problem?

Tried phoning Orange but, surprise surprise, not much help - they didn't even know you could view remaining minutes from the phone!!

Same problem here, I find refreshing the page several times sometimes brings up my remaining minutes etc. A complete pain though.

Never worked for me the few times I tried, so I stopped trying!

Yeah doesn't work for me too.

I couldn't tell you if it works or not, as I stopped using it as soon as I realised it only works when connected to the Orange network. As I hop around whichever wi-fi AP is closest when away from home it was hardly ever any use to me.

Just dial 150 and follow the options.

I had a Sony Ericsson and a tocco last year and it didn't work on them either.

I use my browser to go to My Account on the Orange website. Once there, you can see your remaining minutes and data. No problem about using wi fi then.
