I'm confused on what the 1% battery mod is
Can you explain?
Anyway to remove that "kernel domination" boot screen, from the kt747 kernel zip lol

I wouldn't if I could. Developer put it in - taking it away would be wrong. Sorry![]()
How do you get 18,200 points? At 1.7Ghz, I get about 16,780 points.Yeah, I suppose your right lol What kinds of settings have you tweaked from the kernel app so far? I've only overclocked my S3 to 1.7GHz and set the governor to smartassv2. At 1.7GHz it truly smooths out all the demanding games and apps and occasional UI stutter without adding much heat or battery drain. Antutu gives me 18200pts supposedly on par with the quad core S3. I haven't changed the scheduler, has ROW made a difference? Do you know what the kernel defaults are? Mine said interactive/cfq which seems odd...

does having a theme do anything negative to the battery? I've got one installed because I like it but if it would perform better/last longer without one then I wouldn't have a problem getting rid of it.

When I try to overclock my galaxy past 1.7 gigahertz no matter what voltage I apply it freezes up. So I'm wondering is it because the kernel is not optimized for the Virgin Mobile galaxy or is it because my CPU simply just cannot run past 1.7 gigahertz no matter how much voltage I apply?

Even though we all have the same processor they are all different. Some just dont like to overclock at all.
