Its slow going, but still working on it. I normally code Sunday - Wednesday from 9:30pm-12:00am. Some times I can sneak in a build or two but the big thing with cm10.1 is we need to upgrade the kernel to 3.4 from 3.0.31. I did patch the kernel up to 3.0.71 but that was not enough as so much has changed in the kernel for 4.2.2. Since I have never upgraded a kernel its going take more time to do. So like I said slow going.

However on the plus side chairshot is getting the Victory by next week (he bought Britton's old phone) so will have two monkeys working on the VM version of the phone.

It's my hope that the CyanogenMod team will take a clue from Android and start to attempt more backwards compatibility. I realize Android and Linux have only merged within the past year and a half, making a kernel of at least that date or newer most desirable. But the fact that most of the latest and greatest Android phones have a much older kernel than what CM uses shows there really is no great need (and most little needs can be accomplished with patches).

I don't say this as an eco-warrior, but as a geek: It saddens me that 99.9% of all tech devices in landfills never were used to 50% of their potential!

Really excited guys keep up the good work I may be moving to Missouri and it's unknown if I'll have service in my house which means I'll have to switch services I really hope not would love to see this accomplished I would even go as far as making it an at home device for like Wi-Fi calling if cm10.1 came to it

Can't wait to see this hit beta. Keel up the good work g60! I loved your work on the triumph and am now liking what I see here too!
