When I first got my Android Incredible a couple weeks ago, I use to be able to click and long hold on a picture I received via text or email. Now for some reason, that feature seem to be turned off or overridden by something. When I click and long hold now, nothing happens. I only have the basic menu options of "set As" and "Details"

I went into SMS settings, and one thing I noticed is that in the MMS Settings section, the "Attachment Storage" part is not lit up.. as in I do not have the option to edit/change this setting. Not sure if that matters, but not sure what it looks like usually.

Please help..no one can figure it out and it is driving me NUTS as i know I use to be able to click and save!
 
Hey I was wondering if Verizon will come out with a higher capacity battery that will fit in the battery compartment without having to replace the backing. I am not talking about aftermarket batteries.

Besides the 1500mah TP2, don't count on anything. And this is because of two words that VZN and HTC don't have the R&D money to really improve: energy density.

Skippy not sure if this is still an issue for you or not. I talked to a rep tonight, who is sending me a refurbished Incredible I will receive on monday. I had the exact same problems, and I complained about the lack of response from my "auto focus" which honestly is horrible. I am really disappointed in the camera, but I love this phone anyway! Shoot me a PM if you are having more problems and I can help you how I explained it to the Tech person. :)

What software update? The OTA/2.2 rom leak?

It would probably be better if you started a new thread in the support and troubleshooting section so more people notice your problem and can help. This thread looks to be about dead.

I would like to how did your company Verizon performed during recent economic recession as many companies in USA struggled to manage their operations including General Motors and the US Government had come to their rescue by giving bail out packages.

If you want to know historical performance do yourself a favor and go here: VZ: Summary for Verizon Communications Inc. Com- Yahoo! Finance

Sure this rep could look up the information for you but he'd probably go to a similar finance site to do so. Also try not to compare two companies from entirely separate industries like VZ and GM. Verizon is telecommunications, GM is an automaker.. If you want to judge VZ's performance try comparing it to similar telecom companies e.g. AT&T & Sprint.

Yea since this thread, ive been working 6days a week, making that money, so I havent had time to troll. Plus with 2 more phones launching in the interim. I made this thread for the whole Incredible debockle to try to ease peoples wandering minds. Plus i got 50million PM's about stuff I cant answer because its account related, and I cant answer that stuff through here. And i figured this thread was dead, but yea im still here.

And yes, I was in Dominican Republic for the month of July, oh how sweet you are to me Verizon Wireless. I go on vacation, you pay me, And i hit the casino while im there, and they pay for my trip. What a life huh?

a few calls, nothing major. Theres no official release yet. all you people chattering on this website is why everyone thinks its soon :-P

On a side note, I wanna contact the owner of this site and set up a referal program. $1 for every person who registers to this site, hits 100posts, and had me in the referal or where did you hear about this website part haha
I say this becase with every droid i sell, I tell ppl to come here to find out all sorts of weird ish to do to their phones! (without voiding warranty of course)
