I'd love to know how widespread the hardware issues are with the DI. I have several problems that made mine a real disappointment (sound completely dropping out during active calls with plenty of signal, crappy sound, crappy speakerphone, terrible calibration of the touchscreen - like sometimes I have to touch more than an inch away from where I want the cursor to be, pink screen, etc.) Also, would LOVE to know when they are going to add real BT support that's should have been there all along (ie the Android 2.0 BT stack vs the 1.6 HTC used because of a conflict with Sense).

Is all that out of your realm and into another dept??

We arent going to ship you something you havent paid for. Nor can we store your information to bill at a later date.
Yes they store your information for bill payments, but its a 3rd party vendor that stores it.

He even sends letters to business' in other states demanding SALES TAX when they are located in the east coast only.

Sounds right. The only state that has different rules is Hawaii..They dont have restocking fees or something another. Besides that, the only difference I know of between states is sales tax.
