Is any one getting this message when they plug their phone into an outlet?

If you click the menu button and go into system settings under Device there is a button that says power saver maybe you turned this on, and whatever it is it doesnt work when your phone is connected to a wall charger I guess.

Also what charger are you using? Are you using the stock charger that came with the phone? Check how many AMPS the charger outputs. ( I just saw the message on top of the power saver thing)

It means you're charging from a source that does not supply enough current for full-rate charging.
You need a power source with at least a 1A output for rapid-charging. The OEM charger that comes with the phone is rated 1.2 A. A USB 2.0 port on a PC can only provide 500ma, and if you use an aftermarket charger check its current rating as some will be less than 1A.

Ok. I'm using the charger the phone comes with and it's never showed this before. and i have the power saver set to turn on @ 30%so i don't know what's going on.

It could be the outlet or extension cord you are using. Try another plug. If it persists in all outlets the same house/building, the wiring may be f**ked up, try another house/building.

Ill try that out. Let you all know what works later tonight. Thanks

Could be the charger hardware, do you have any other phone charger with you that outputs more than 1a?

Try changing the usb adapter and the cable to see if the problem is one of those 2

It could just need a reboot...my moms phone wouldn't charge until it rebooted.....that day was crazy figuring out what was wrong.

It's unlikely this has anything to do with the AC wiring. Such issues usually show up with high-draw devices like appliances, a phone charger presents a negligibly small load to an AC circuit. Additionally, most chargers including the LG OEM are rated over a wide range of input voltages and will provide the rated output down to a 100VAC input.
What firmware version is everyone using who is having this problem with the OEM or another 1A charger? I recall some mention a while back of fast charging not working with one of the updates, might have been d.

I'm on firmware f and i tried different sockets still the same. Even went to my mothers house and tried it out, still nothing so idk what's going on. Could it be an app? I just downloaded adownloader. Could that be it?
