Ok so I have been seeing a lot about beats audio and whatnot on here so I thought I would put in my 2 cents.
First of all the phone speaker is what is. You can squeeze a little out of it but your not going to turn a tweeter into a subwoofer. Its just not going to happen. At least not without some bad results...
I have actually stopped using poweramp because of this. If you get into the eq and do it yourself you can make the volume boost LOUD! I just realized this actually. lol
Ok now so as for actual audio improvements I guess this has been out for sometime but I havent seen anyone talking about it and I found this a couple weeks ago and I have been using it religiously since. That being said, I feel like I can safely say this makes a nice difference. Only slightly noticeable on the phones speaker but in the headphones it enhances sound very nicely. It has 3 different profiles one for phone speaker, one for headphones, and one for bluetooth device. It also has user adjustable equalizer with presets. This will work across the whole system so anything that plays on your phone (ringtones, games, etc) will receive the audio boost. Its called DSP manager. Again this is not a miracle worker but it helps! And its just a nice little lightweight app!
Check it out here:
DSP MANAGER
Tell me what you think! Am I a crazy tone deaf mofo or do you hear the difference too?
