After spending over FOUR HOURS,(well spent"?") enjoying your site, I spent another hour attempting to warn everyone of three viruses with the potential to crash your device. I aquired them after linking to a site thru your posts.
The next time someone is creating a post,( I guarentee you it won't be me :eviltongue:), which you will ultimately deny on a very minor technicality you might consider not wasting their time letting them continue until they attempt to submit their post, only to have you deny it!
I see now that the only place you want a root is still illegal in many states!!

Android Forums is not responsible for any external links posted by members. However, it would be helpful to "Report" the relevant posts in order that staff could check them out.

Again, some details would be useful. Members are not permitted to post URLs in their first posts as a precaution against spam, but that is clearly stated in the Site Rules. Other than that, without more information I can't advise you.

Rooting is perfectly legal. Doing so may violate the T&C of a particular carrier/network, but that's a different matter. "Illegal" means "a criminal act punishable by law", something rooting most certainly is not.

Please feel free to contact myself or any other moderator if we can be of further assistance.
