If you don't already have it you might also want to download either "Better Keyboard" or "Smart Keyboard" from the Market. Then you can uninstall the stock one.

There are other stock apps you can uninstall as well, just depending on what you like.

However, don't uninstall any browsers except the mobile web or google talk or you may have probs.

My favorite app is: LauncherPro

It's the ONE APP I couldn't live without!

where do get the root explorer. i pretty much did a factory reset so i dnt have anything . just the file manager.

It doesn't matter, Kolio discovered removing those did mess him up, so either or, Cricket or Metro, removing that gtalk stuff, is going to mess you from market and emails. He needs to simply reinstall them

NY you can get Root Explorer at the Market too. That's where I got mine.

Yes, but that is for the people who already deleted gtalk stuff and can't download it from the market

Not sure, but if he didn't now he has the tools he needs to get it fixed

i didnt do the backup before i unistalled the gtalk.
