@BrickHouse why so sad when I post up my coffee, I have been guzzling down so much water, I did a little hot chocolate today, sprite, but for now..some coke zero, I should be able to fall asleep.

There was a time when I drank coffee like fish swim. But I haven't enjoyed the taste for near thirty years now. But I still like the smell of it.

Was brutal, but got a clean bill of health so all worth it. Only have to do it every 10 years unless doctor sees a reason to do it more often.
