Root What is your current rom+kernel?

Yea, that's what I was referencing.

On the latest BluROM (Revision 21) I see no green at all in the quick settings toggles, only when pressing the icons on the home screens.

4.0: MidnightRomS + MAC Kernel
4.1: Unofficial Slim Bean + Buttered Toast
4.2: Right now the only one I liked is Wild for the Night, but I bet Mazda's Dirty Unicorn will take its place once I flash it soon.

Perhaps I didn't try the latest version. I found it on the anthrax site. Is there a thread here for that ROM that is updated? What's the best place to get it?
I'm off to Google to find the version you mentioned.

That's the same thing.

It went to V17a and then the developer changed to SVN updating like the d3rp ROM's so the latest version is now SVN revision 21.

That's what I do, install anthrax right after rom in recovery. I would suggest you go with the recommended 1566MHz(though on my phone i could go to 1620MHz with absolutely no problems), choose 384 max screen off clock, on demand, vsync on, kernel manage mpdecision. Hope it works for you.

R37 of Negalite now has blue outlines for homescreen apps. I can't confirm if this happened on 35, but R37 was a monumental change where Negamann said all green had been removed.
 
Currently Harmonia + Anthrax, but its not my daily. Mobsterz HD Sense/Negalite BluROM + Anthrax/ButteredToast are my dailies being a sense addict, ncuisso's unsensable for non-sense

i would run aokp 4.2.2 but i cant get inverted mms to work...that probably makes me really shallow. but at least i'm an aesthetically conscious shallow person. it could be alot worse.
