What's for dinner ?

I got to eat dinner at my favorite Mexican restaurant tonight. I started eating there 40 years ago. Then it was a mom and pop restaurant. They divorced and we ate at pop's place until he retired and sold out. Then we ate at mom's place until she sold out. Then we ate at one of their son's places and then another son's lol. The food is always the same no matter where you have it. I always have a deluxe burrito and a side of rice. All of their dishes look great but I've never been tempted to try something besides the burrito. They don't bother to bring me a menu or ask what I want lol. But my friends.. it's THAT good. It's stuffed with seasoned pork roast, pinto beans, and grilled jalapenos. It's covered in shredded cheese and is served in a huge dish filled with chili.
 
Well, my grandma's gone out of town, so I'm here with my brother who doesn't know how to cook. So, for me, it will probably be something that I can through in the toaster oven, and eat. Something simple and easy.
